Yes! Is this a cotton shirt with a thinly layered and blended wool needle felted design? Beautiful! If so, I have never seen this type of work so delicately done.
I am going to start playing myself and was looking for an example to send a friend to explain why I was at the Wool Market in Estes Park, CO today, buying wool roving, etc.

: It's actually a thin silk fabric that the wool has been wet-felted to and then dry/needle-felted on top of that! I'm bias, since she's my mother, but I think she's REALLY talented! Hope your friend enjoyed it as well!
